Amanera’s centrepiece dining spot Casa Grande sits on dramatic 60ft cliffs, raised between mountains, rainforest and sea. True to Amanera’s name – which combines the Sanskrit word for ‘peace’ and the local Taíno term for ‘water’ – the indoor-outdoor restaurant nudges against tranquil infinity-edge waterways, making the most of arched Atlantic views.
