Dining
The Moroccan Restaurant
At the heart of earthen-walled Amanjena lies a courtyard restaurant that celebrates the diversity of Moroccan cuisine, blending Berber, Andalusian and Mediterranean influences that have evolved through the ages. With caramel-coloured walls and candle-lit tables, the Moroccan Restaurant evokes the atmosphere of the Medina in an authentic homespun setting, enlivened by local musicians, who set the soundtrack to evening meals beside the central fountain.
Pool Terrace & Olive Grove
As the indolence of the afternoon washes over Amanjena, retreat to the shaded arches of the open-air Pool Terrace for a menu of cooling classics, including salads, snacks and sides, as well larger midday mains, including club sandwiches and burgers. House-made pizzas arrive from the wood-fired oven in the adjoining Olive Grove. As dusk bathes the rose-pink walls in a golden light, raise a glass to the day with a selection of cocktails, champagnes and wines.
Arva at Amanjena
Taking its inspiration from the traditions of Italian cooking, Aman’s signature restaurant, Arva champions dishes that are simple and full of flavour. With a focus on seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients and classic recipes, prepared with care and a touch of elegance, menus are designed to be shared and savoured, bringing people together around the table.
The Bar
With its inky-black seating, dusky pink walls and alcoves adorned with single-handed nimcha swords, Amanjena’s atmospheric Bar is an evocative corner to steal away to for an evening. Reminiscent of a bygone time, it rests beneath the resort’s signature columns and lofty ceilings, with indoor fireplaces for winter months and outdoor seating that extends around the central Bassin during summer, when an atmospheric bonfire is lit nightly. Aman’s talented bar team is on hand to blend the finest spirits with Moroccan fruits and herbs to create the resort’s signature cocktails.
Wellness
Dedicated to personal wellness, Amanjena’s spa facilities are serene and timeless, designed to calm, soothe and rejuvenate while expert therapists work on restoring optimal wellbeing. Treatments include massages, facials scrubs and wraps, as well as manicures and pedicures.

A concierge replies within hours
A real person checks live availability, steers you honestly between properties, and confirms the exact perks your stay qualifies for: a $100+ property credit and upgrade, early check-in and late check-out priority where available.
Book at the same rate as aman.com
