From our guides
Our take on Hoshinoya Tokyo
“A ryokan reimagined as a 17-story tower in the financial district (2016): shoes off at the door, tatami underfoot throughout, a top-floor onsen fed by hot-spring water drawn from 1,500 meters below, and Japanese-French dining; the most Japanese night in the city.”
